The New School Of Nutritional Medicine

Integrated Diploma in Nutritional Therapy and Psychological Coaching

Thinking about studying nutrition?

You’re in the right place.

Whether you are just beginning or ready to take the leap, this is where your passion for nutrition becomes your professional path.

You may have studied, listened to, and watched numerous online courses and even collected the certificates, trying to piece it all together, but you have realised you are missing the foundations, structure, and depth that connect the science with behavioural change.

Moving beyond knowledge and application, into everyday practice

At the New School of Nutrition, your education doesn’t stop at knowing what a micronutrient does or the role of deregulated methylation in the development of disease. The 2-year Diploma at the New School takes you further in learning how everything connects: body, mind, and behaviour.

You will learn to think critically, question convention, and apply your knowledge in real‑case scenarios through:

  • Human‑centred biochemistry and physiology — not rote memorisation, but understanding how the body works with real cases
  • Functional testing and clinical reasoning — interpreting results through context and systems thinking, not as abstract lab results
  • Psychological coaching — exploring the mind–body connection, emotions, and habits that shape health
  • Modern, 21st‑century topics — from gut biology to mitochondrial health, hormones, toxicology, the Drama Triangle and neuroplasticity

Learn together, not alone

Our diploma is taught live, in real time. You will discuss, debate, and grow with tutors and peers. Education and understanding deepen through conversation, not in isolation. Those ‘aha’ moments, when your fellow student asks a question, or the conversations during lunch or break times, are all part of this immersive 2-year part-time Nutrition and Coaching course.

The learning is experiential; you apply your learning from weekend to weekend. Our spiral curriculum reinforces knowledge over time, building skill and confidence layer by layer.

A practical, rigorous and transformational education

This diploma is fully approved and recognised by respected nutritional and coaching bodies and is designed to equip you with the knowledge, clinical thinking, and practical skills needed to practise nutrition and psychological coaching.
